J&J GBS in Prague is currently looking for an Italian speaking Senior HR Administration Specialist to support our growing HR department. The HR Administration Specialist is responsible for the execution of assigned tasks to support employees, managers and other human resource teams in the Regional Service Center.

You will have the following areas of responsibility:

- Employee data changes and business structure updates
- Year-end and year-round compensation processing and communications
- Coordination of employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Administration of absence requests and return to work process
- Benefits enrollment support
- Problem issue resolution, analysis
- Supporting mergers & acquisitions
- Supporting the Team leader in complex problem solving
- Participation in projects as required


- Fluent in Italian and English (daily use of both languages)
- Approx. 2 years of experience in HR from an international company
- Experience with HR and ticketing systems (e.g. Workday, SalesForce)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, and a 'Can-Do'-attitude
- Strong organizational skills and a great eye for detail
