Your new role
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for employees, managers and HR community in German speaking countries. Key responsibilities will be to provide high quality response/support to all HR related queries, to maintain HR data via SAP system, to escalate requests directly to the appropriate experts (if they cannot be resolved), to guide and become the second reference point for HR Customer Care Specialists for HR processes and SAP related queries, to contribute to projects and to provide support during the transition period.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have relevant experience in HR field, ideally from international/global/ SSC company. Excellent knowledge of English and German language is required as well as experience with SAP ERP system. Diploma/certificate in HR/other related field would be preferred.
