HR Administration Specialist with French

Contract: full-time, maternity cover

Location: Prague


Who are we looking for?

We are seeking for YOU, a new team member to our HR Administration team to support employees and managers in France with different types of HR tasks!

Your responsibilities & Your Impact:
  • Perform all HR Administration activities related to the employee life cycle, which includes:

-Employee data changes and business structure updates

-Year-end and year-round compensation processing and communications

-Administration of absence requests and return to work process

  • Benefits enrollment support, invoice processing
  • Researching policy inquiries as required
  • Support and coordinate business projects
