EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Expertise in advising on Talent search strategy, effective and efficient search processes, and market/hiring trends
  • Interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Understanding ‘where to find’ candidates
  • Talent research skills
  • Talent Pipelining, market mapping, Talent insights for future hiring needs
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • Ability to work with a diverse swath of the organization (i.e. across profession, level, location, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools e.g. Hiretual, GitHub, Stackoverflow, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ / X-Ray Searches, Facebook etc.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
  • Flexible to work across different time-zones as needed.
