Your new company 

Our prominent client, an international pharmaceutical company, is looking for new team members for their Global Talent Acquisition and Staffing team. The company mission is to put priority on customer satisfaction, quality and innovations in areas of finance, procurement as well as. They are on the way to become industry's top service company!

Your new role 

You will be responsible for global talent acquisitions for the assigned market and country as an Employer Brand Ambassador. You will be dealing with candidates, vendors, and external parties whilst demonstrating the company’s values and conduct. You will be conducting complete recruitment processes whilst coordinating with internal recruiters, moreover, rendering business consulting solutions, and contribute to process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed 

You will be expected to be proficient in both English and German, possess a Bachelor’s degree, have at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment cycles, and experience with sourcing passive candidates. You must be able to manage local and global stakeholders remotely, be self-motivated, detail oriented and dynamic. Experience in pharma/healthcare environments is an advantage. Attaining a work permit is a prerequisite.
