Global pharmaceutical company with its SSC in Prague.


Your new role

As GL Manager you will be responsible for managing GL team of around 20 people. You will ensure that all requirements and deadlines are met for GL activities, including: fixed assets, inventory management, accruals, prepayments, vendor invoicing, balance sheets reconciliations and analysis, period and financial close activities, reporting, controlling and ad-hoc tasks. You will take part in transformation and improvement processes as well as provide support both to the team and management.


What you'll need to succeed 

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance and controlling
  • Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/controlling
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS and ACA/CIMA/CIPA/ACCA
  • Flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Background in SSC is preferred
  • SAP Knowledge is preferred
