do you speak English and German fluently and do you have already some experience with 1st level of administrative/IT support or customer service? Great, our client is looking just for you.

Our client is an international company with a branch in Brno offering business consulting and IT services to clients from all over the world.

what will you do:

• communicate with clients primarily via email but also via phone
• analyze incoming requests
• provide guidance
• pass on requests to 2nd level of support
• perform other administrative operations

what we offer:

• 30 000 - 36 000 CZK per month (1150 - 1380 EUR)
• bonus for good performance 2 000 CZK (80 EUR)

who we are looking for:

• good English and German (B2)
