They develop and market their own products, with their core lines being mattresses, pillows, and box-spring beds. Their business has gone through a period of tremendous growth since they began in 2013, and customers clearly appreciate their approach to revolutionising sleep. Our client is giving people a great night’s rest, and they need our help to ensure their customers get the same level of service and product support, if they need it, during their waking hours!

Main Responsibilities

Handling customer inquiries over the phone, email, and live chat

Providing customers with product and service information

Researching required information using available resources

Entering customer information into a CRM

Updating existing customer information 

Updating order requests

Managing and resolving customer complaints

Identifying and escalating priority issues

Routing calls to appropriate resources

Following up with customers where necessary

Opportunity for occasional Saturday working subject to business demand

Your Profile

You are a native (or near-native) in German speaker

You are proficient in spoken English

You have strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-centric approach

You are proactive with a positive attitude and work ethics

You are able to multitask and results-driven while keeping deadlines

You are hardworking and efficient, with a keen eye for detail

You are a team player who enjoys the company of awesome colleagues
