Job overview:

Front Office Senior Specialist provide an enthusiastic approach to ensure that resolutions are brought to the customers. This position rotates duties for working with other internal departments to ensure a satisfactory solution.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Being the first point of contact to final resolution for the French speaking customers
  • Delegate the customer request resolutions with all internal stakeholders: (Order Taking Team, Sales Team, Finance Department, Invoicing Team, etc.)
  • Ensure that all requests are treated according to agreed SLAs


  • Fluent in French and English
  • MSc degree of economics or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer skills in SAP, Salesforce, similar ERP, or Internal platforms in addition to experience with MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
