Duties and responsibilities:

• acquisition of foreign business partners with a primary focus on the spa segment,

• development of business relations and performance of tour operators in the local market,

• participation in regular internal meetings and reporting to the Regional Director of Sales,

• active participation in the creation of business strategy and it´s execution,

• market analysis, defining business opportunities in the Leisure & SPA segment,

• participation in fairs and workshops,

• development of a portfolio of key local and foreign partners.


• at least 2 years of experience as a Leisure Sales Manager for local and foreign markets,

• experience in the SPA industry is a great advantage,

• excellent knowledge of English and Russian, both spoken and written,

• an overview of the current developments on the local and foreign markets in the Leisure segment,

• active driver,

• strong communication skills,

• organizational skills, great time-management and team spirit,

• independence and time flexibility with respect to foreign trips (approx. once a month),

• willingness to travel (roadshows, workshops, visiting foreign clients),

• energy, active focusing on the outcome.
