Priority focus is to oversee the smooth running of ICON’s general office operation, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, physical security and health & safety of assigned locations. You will be responsible for the delivery of world-class front of house customer service and internal customer satisfaction, serving as a valuable brand ambassador. This role encapsulates both office management and reception/front desk cover. Working independently, you will be expected to handle a wide range of duties including but not limited to: office staff supervision and task delegation; administration; executive support; travel arrangement; inventory control; meeting and event organisation; guest services; office environment and standards; office vendor management; and general sourcing related tasks.


  • Overseeing the smooth running of ICON’s general office operation
  • Delivery of reception/front desk duties
  • Responsibility for world class visitor experience, guest services and best in class internal customer satisfaction
  • Organize office operations and procedures to ensure overall office environment, effectiveness, efficiency, physical & data security and health & safety of assigned location/s to set standards
  • General sourcing, purchase, inventory and stock control of office supplies and equipment
  • Event organization, appointment & meeting coordination and management of colleague calendars and schedules.
  • Point person for general office maintenance
  • Proactively working with business stakeholders to ensure positive and timely outcomes.
  • To support HR with new starter on boarding assistance as defined
  • To support ICT with asset management assistance as defined

Your Profile

  • You are a native Czech speaker
  • You are proficient in spoken English
  • You have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • You have proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • You are PC literate (Good grasp of windows, excel & overall experiences with databases)
  • You are resilient and able to multitask
  • You have excellent time management skills and can prioritize work
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills
  • You are proactive with a positive attitude and work ethic
  • You are a team player who enjoys the company of awesome colleagues
