Hot Front Office Agent with French

Are you fluent in English? And your French language is at least at level B2?

Do you have experience in Customer Service or relevant office job?

Your daily agenda:

• Responsibility for a portfolio of customers
• Manage and resolve customer enquiries
• Help clients with complaints, claims, product returns or order status
• Update relevant data in SAP
• Cooperation with other teams (sales, finance)

Your profile:

• Previous experience in customer service is welcomed
• Fluent English and French language is a must!
• Available to start in March/April
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
