Do you have your first experience working with data and want to enter the HR world? You donʹt know how exactly? We will guide you step-by-step through an interview process with a company that will pay for your full training and provide you with future career opportunities.

Depending on your level of French (must be at least approx. a good B2 level or higher up to a native speaker), you will be assigned to the respective tasks that you can handle, and learn further. The company provides you with not only a full HR payroll training, but also with language courses where you can polish your language skills further.

The trainers are experienced teachers who will identify your individual needs and help you to get on track. A combination of a classroom training and hands-on with your colleagues ensures that you are always being helped to. Whether you decide to shape yourself as an subject matter expert, a technical consultant or into management is up to you!

What is necessary to enter the interview process:

- Enthusiasm to learn and understand numbers, logical connections and payroll policies

- Ideally, you already have some experience with processing larger amount of data e.g. in Excel (or equivalent education)

- Willingness to put effort into an intense training, ability to function in multicultural environment

- Eye for detail, as your clients will rely on the accuracy of data from you

- Intermediate or higher level of French together with B2 English for the training and company communication

What will be your job:

- Depending on the language abilities, you will be found a place in the French team

- You will be a point of contact for clients whose payroll data needs to be processed

- You will process the payroll data and keep documentation about the clients up-to-date

- You will learn to pull reports with numbers and understand them

- Assist in quarterly or annual projects and learn about the cycles from a higher perspective
