As a First Line Supervisor you will be responsible for the overall performance of your team. You will be a facilitator, decision maker, managing performance and promote leadership. You will also act as support, reviewer and approver in the processes your team operate, the primary contact for operational issues, escalating if appropriate and you will be the first point of contact for the Business Units.

Team members will directly report to you. Some of your other responsibilities will be:


·      Appropriate personnel administration

·      Ensuring employees in the team have knowledge and skills necessary for development of front-line staff

·      Holding your team accountable for results, foster a collaborative and professional team environment ensuring success

·      Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties, monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.

·      Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.



·      High School and/or University graduates

·      Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience

·      Fluency in English language

·      Microsoft Office proficiency

·      Professionalism and positive attitude

·      Good written and verbal communication skills

·      Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively

·      Problem solving skills

·      People oriented attitude, committed to inspiring and empowering employees
