In this position, you will drive global sales with key enterprise clients around the world to ensure continued company growth, all while working in a fun, innovative, start-up environment with an experienced and supportive team.


International business development providing translation solutions to global enterprises
Build relationships with key decision makers throughout the sales process and serve as a trusted customer success manager following purchase
Provide in-depth online demos and craft technology solutions to address customer’s business requirements
Respond to RFIs and tenders, prepare quotes, address questions and concerns
Responsible for the full sales pipeline of customer acquisition and account management
Create and develop international sales and client support programs
Represent Memsource abroad at conferences and client meetings
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams
Work Remotely; Travel Internationally


Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in software or cloud solutions, with proven results
Strong communicator, with excellent presentation and business writing skills
A strategic sales mind and a solid negotiator who is able to build long term relationships with clients
Experience in consultative selling and able to communicate added business value from technology solutions
Experience working with a Solutions architect who has advanced technical background with the ability to problem solve and provide solutions to address client’s business needs
Experience with Salesforce CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management
Self-motivated and results-driven team player
Able to learn technology quickly - translation industry exposure is an advantage
You are based in the EMEA Region
