We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our Global Marketing Team located in Prague. We are a UK-based online education provider with thousands of students worldwide and top notch digital marketing is the key to our success.

You’ll best fit our requirements with:

  • 18 months’ experience in using Pardot OR an equivalent market-leading Email Marketing Automation tool
  • Deep knowledge of the Pardot platform, API, product features and Salesforce integration is highly preferable
  • Strong foundation knowledge of other marketing automation software and web analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • A high level of technical knowledge in marketing automation, data, email marketing and campaign execution, as well as knowledge of best practice in sales and marketing processes
  • HTML knowledge for email template design is highly preferable
  • Fluency in English language


Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing email and marketing automation in Salesforce Pardot in order to increase conversion of our prospect database
  • Building engagement studios, automation rules, lists, tracked files and custom redirects
  • Managing connected campaigns in Salesforce
  • Building lead scoring, grading rules and categories
  • Reporting on key metrics and interpreting campaign data
  • Helping to identify, test and implement new technologies and ways of working to better achieve our goals
  • Managing GoToWebinar, Google Analytics, Google Ad and other 'connector' integrations with Pardot and ensure flawless data sync
  • Performing configuration and administration of Pardot and the Salesforce connector
  • Able to answer internal questions from various stakeholders about Pardot functionality quickly and accurately
  • Input and advise on best practice for Salesforce integration, campaign tracking and marketing automation
  • Support and uphold the highest standards of data governance and data protection including validation, cleansing, and augmentation/appending.
