What we are looking for…

Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate for the full-time opening of E-Learning Content Developer, to join the company’s Prague office. The E-Learning team manage the end-to-end production of digital learning content with our partners beginning with supporting SMEs to author content; liaising with the AV team for the production of media; implementing a strict editorial focus for quality assurance; developing engaging content; and creating digital environments conducive to learning.

Working with content is an exciting and rewarding experience. We’re looking for a content developer who is experienced working with content, and preferably within the Higher Education context, to receive analogue content, edit, and translate it into engaging digital content through implementing a brand-driven design language. The role is also focused on the quality assurance of learning materials. Diligence and organisational skills, attention-to-detail and time/deadline management are essential skills to ensure the necessary foundations for a great student experience. The role will also involve some project management and content administration tasks.


Your responsibilities:

·       Quality assuring the correctness of language in learning materials

·       Formatting and editing materials ready for delivery

·       Following up with content creators to resolve inconsistencies in materials provided

·       Designing and building content using Articulate Rise

·       Visualising video scripts according to brand guidelines

·       Administrating draft and final learning materials on central system

·       Reviewing study platforms on virtual learning system

·       Generating and editing subtitles on educational videos


You’ll ideally have the following qualifications:

·      Strong English language background is essential (editorial / proofreading and copywriting experience)

·      Experience with authoring tools including Articulate Rise and Storyline would be great, but training will be provided

·      Experience with learning management systems such as Canvas is preferred, but training will be provided

·      Experience with Project Management is an advantage

·      Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

·      Ability to work proactively, in a fast paced commercial environment

·      Ability to set and meet deadlines and achieve goals

·      Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills
