As an eCommerce Specialist, you would join a team which is responsible for the optimization and growth of the sales and user base in the dedicated region(s). We are the team consisting of native speakers striving for excellent user experience and localization of our campaigns in the way that we reach our customers with the most relevant messaging at the right time and – most importantly – in their local language and fashion. Job description:

  • Responsibility for driving, and significantly growing our Consumer Online Sales in Poland and other countries in the CEE region
  • Interpret and drive actionable insights from data gathered in dedicated regions
  • Adapt sales flows to local standards and regional e-commerce behavioral differences
  • Work with our e-commerce partners to implement local payment methods
  • Opportunity to make your ideas live, prepare optimizations, pricing changes and/or A/B tests in order to improve Conversion and User Experience
  • Work cross-functionally and provide feedback to other departments (Sales, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, Customer Care) to ensure high user engagement
  • Track performance for each of the countries on a daily basis. Minimum metrics include (1) free product use, (2) sales via e-commerce systems


  • Native in Polish
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in e-commerce (online marketing)
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS technologies
  • Have new ideas on how to grow our conversion rate. Knowledge of the typical tools used in online/e-commerce is expected, but fresh ideas will win the day!
  • Self-motivator with a strong drive for success. A passive approach will not work
  • Experience with Web Analytics software (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred). Enthusiastic about data, comfortable with typical business metrics such as close rate, CTR, AOV, etc.
  • Experience with your own e-commerce project (website, e-shop, startup) is a big plus
