Our international team of 500 Logistics, HR and Finance specialists are always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work.

The role: 

  • Coordinating customer disputes, discrepancies and penalties resolution, minimizing commercial losses and overdue to disputes and achieving targeted SLA to close the dispute cases;
  • Collaboration with the Finance Department and with other teams of the country for the activities of reconciliation and compensation;
  • Execute and oversee the process of customer disputes resolution;
  • Participate in projects aimed at standardizing and automating dispute process, support testing and provide process expertize consultancy during the project;
  • Track and analyze the impact of disputes on overdue and commercial losses.

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Good written and spoken knowledge of French and English;
  • 1-2 years prior professional experience in accounting or compliance management or customer management or account management;
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • High energy and positive attitude;
  • Results and customer-oriented.
