We are seeking a strong and experienced Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in our Prague office or can be remotely based out of Germany.
WHAT'S YOUR IMPACT?
- Experience in leadership or consulting role within manufacturing industry, preferably in Accounting, Materials Management, Supply Chain or Quality
- Engage in customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines
- Monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan and implementation timeline
- Gather and create accurate requirements for software configuration designed to meet the true business needs of the customer
- Provide multi-faceted support including resolving problems, explaining products and services; instructing in use, configuring and troubleshooting software; addressing business priorities
- Gather information, research and manage user support requests from creation to completion
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution and status in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Support Services to resolve customer support requests
- Manage timelines and deliverables with internal departments and customers
- Implement and test software configurations
- Utilize and enhance Knowledge Management System
- Build formal and informal relationships with customers and internal team members
- Provide consulting services in relation to business processes and the Plex solution
- Conducts workshops
- Travel to customer site as required
- Provide on-site support at go-live events
IS IT IN YOU?
- BA/BS preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, CIS or related field, or equivalent experience in implementing, consulting, or supporting an ERP system
- 3+ years of experience within the manufacturing industry / operations and experience implementing an ERP/MES
- Fluency in English language, with additional German and/or Italian language skills
