Our client is experiencing a growing need to properly govern and manage their data, therefore building a Data Management unit that will handle the governance and administration of data together with the administration of the technical platform. As a Data Manager, you will get to design, build, and implement a holistic Data Governance and all related processes and requirements.

Main responsibilities:

  •  Designing, building, and implementation a sound and holistic Data Governance for the SITS
  •  Developing, implementation, and maintenance of a Data Dictionary
  •  Designing, implementing, and maintaining a corresponding Data Classification framework
  •  Collaboration closely with a Data Storage Architect to ensuring a continuous consistency and availability of the various data sets
  •  Closely Collaboration with the Data Privacy Officer to ensure full compliance with GDPR and other Data Privacy requirements
  •  Supporting and participation in data processing, analytics, reporting, and Business Intelligence activities
  •  Utilizing PowerBI and other Microsoft data storage and processing tools on a daily basis
  •  Experimenting with AI and Machine Learning


  •  University degree in IT, statistics, or mathematics strongly preferred
  •  Proven multi-year experience with data management
  •  Prove experience with design and implementation of Data Governance
  •  Advanced understanding of data analytical processes
  •  Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft PowerBI
  •  Knowledgeable of the GDPR and other Data Privacy frameworks and their impact on data management
  •  Ability to clean data
  •  Ability to write database queries
  •  Knowledge of clustering models
  •  A positive and proactive attitude to any data related or management challenge
  •  Fluent in professional English, both spoken and written
