What this position includes:

·        Every day comunication with B2B partners

·        Answering guestions and help with problem solwing via mail, phone, chat

·        Work with internal resources to answer customer issues

·        Providing technical support to B2B customers focused on mobile computers, scanners, printers (Technical support only)

·        Working with customer documentation

What is needed for this position:

·        Advanced French or German (min. C1)

·        Communicative English (B2- C1)

·        Strong ability to solve problems

·        Good comunication skills

·        Positive attitude to technology (Technical support only)

·        Previous experience with technical/costumer support is an advantage
