We are looking for Technical Customer Support L1 with Swedish in Brno. The candidate will resolve problems with customers via telephone email or chat, troubleshoot issues with appropriate applications, identifies and documents clients' problems. Job Description

• The solution of the issues according to quality standards.

• Forward escalate cases to Level 2 support.

• Cooperate with customers and partners.

• Technical training for new employees. 


Requirements

• English and Swedish advanced level.

• Orientated to solve problems and great communicational skills with customers.

• Team-player.

• Previous background in a Helpdesk environment.

• Knowledge of networking, mobile computing will be an advantage.
