Hello,
we are Sanasport, sports equipment dealer. We are now expanding abroad and looking for 4 reinforcements to our customer center (one with German, one with Hungarian), which will help us with customer support and partly with the support of the marketing team.
Form of work
- main employment (40 hours per week, MON-FRI)
- or part-time work is possible (20 hours per week, MON-FRI)
We are looking for someone who
- masters German or Hungarian language at the communicative level verbally and in writing (at least B2, ideally C1 / C2)
- speaks Czech or Slovak language (basic level is enough)
- is more flexible in time
- wants to learn new things
- could work at a higher pace if the situation requires it
- can work with PC at user level
- is polite, tactful and has a sense of detail
The advantage is
- work experience in a customer center
- knowledge of Facebook and Instagram
- positive attitude towards sports, ideally running
- knowledge of other foreign languages
What will you do
- communication with customers (by e-mail, telephone, on social networks)
- analysis and solutions of customer needs and problems
- work with internal company systems
- translations of marketing texts
- communication and synchronization of workflows with other customer support members
