As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll provide support to American customers, and sometimes, you’ll help your colleagues with French-speaking customers. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via phone or e-mail
  • Providing information about the company’s products to the customers (company manufactures cameras, audio recorders)
  • Answering technical questions about the camera’s settings, explaining functionality, giving advice (you don’t need to have a technical background because you’ll be well-trained)
  • Solving basic customer’s issues

What do we expect from you?

  • You are a fluent English speaker (ideally a native one) & your French is at the communicative level 
  • Experience from the customer service field is an advantage but not a necessity; that’s why this position is suitable for graduates/juniors as well
  • Moreover, if you’re a fan of photography or cameras then you’re the right person for us =)


  • Full-time job with an unlimited contract
