We are a fast-growing Czech digital health startup developing a platform to support people with type 2 diabetes and we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our German users as well as general development of our expansion to the German market. As an ideal candidate, you should be strong in written and oral communication and should be able to listen to people and understand their needs and preferences. It would be cool if you had some experience in customer service, but your past practice is not so important for us - enthusiasm, independence and a desire to learn new things are the key. We are a startup and there are many schemes and paths yet untaken, so if you enjoy exploring and like to come up with new solutions, you are our person.
This is a full-time or part-time job (for at least 3 days a week) suitable for juniors/mediors and requires regular presence in our offices in Prague. The position is ideal also for university students in the final year of their studies.

Vitadio (https://vitadio.de) is a digital health startup that has developed a digital therapeutic for the prevention and treatment of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. Diabetes treatment requires everyday self-care and ongoing support from health professionals. However, with an ever-increasing number of patients - now about 60 million people in Europe alone have diabetes - only a small fraction of patients receive such care. We are a digital platform available via web and mobile phone that interconnects the patient, the doctor and our team of certified nutrition therapists. Vitadio acts as a complement to treatment and supports the patient between the visits to the doctor. Thanks to the data analytics and clever functions of the program (personalized education, automatic data collection, notifications for therapists and many others), each therapist is able to take care of many times more patients and at the same time offer much more tailored and effective care.
In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we cooperate with insurance companies and large pharmaceutical companies. We achieve excellent results in clinical studies, have obtained CE certification as a medical device and are now entering the German market. Our team has more than tripled since the beginning of 2020 and is spread over 3 countries.
