What will be your agenda?

  • Processing all incoming requests from customers and internal business partners via various channels
  • Entering customer´s request into the system
  • To verify if specific logistic and customer master data rules are met
  • Informing customers on order status
  • Close cooperation with Sales, Inventory team, Credit team

Ideal profile:

  • Experience with customer contacts
  • Fluent speaker in English&French
  • Comfortable to be the first point of contact for customers
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
