Your new company 

We are currently searching for junior candidate to become Customer Support representative with Hungarian (and CZ/SK) language for our client - international company based in Prague.

Your new role

You will be responsible for customer service, supporting clients in Hungary (B2B) via email and phone. You will be dealing with order related questions (product availability, delivery, creating orders in system) as well as dealing with invoice related issues. You will be using SAP on daily basis, not only for processing information but also testing new program upgrades.

What you'll need to succeed 

We are seeking for highly customer oriented candidate with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken Hungarian is required as well as communicational level of Czech or Slovak (for internal communication) and English language. Understanding of ERP systems and processes - SAP knowledge is a plus as well as proficiency in MS Excel. Previous experience in customer care will be an advantage yet is not required.
