For our client, a global company with its centralised office in Prague, we are seeking experienced customer service professional with knowledge of Polish and English language.

Your new role

On this role you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and technical support to the end customers from Poland as well as from other additional locations. You will be using mainly Polish language alongside with English as a communicative language within the company.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you should have at least 3 years of experience from customer support position, speak fluently Polish and English and have good command of MS Office package.
