Our very important client, the global company standing at the forefront of technological innovation and entertainment with numerous offices all around the world, is currently looking for a Customer Query Administrator with French to join their financial team in Prague in the Czech Republic. 

Your new role 

You will carry out administrative and transactional tasks within in the area of claim management, process all incoming claims on the system. You will ensure proper classification of claims into predefined categories, ensure completeness and correctness of the claim data received from customers. Maintain effective communication in French and English with customers, business partners and colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed 

As the successful candidates you should be a friendly and customer-oriented person who has at least 1+ year of experience in Customer Support or Accounts Receivable. Fluent French (B2) is a must.
