Your role:

- Responding to customers queries coming via emails/phone

- Requests are related to stock check, order/delivery status check, new order request, raising complaints (price, delivery, product-related)

- You will be using the CRM system and e-ordering platform

- Daily contact with various back-office departments such as logistics, customer master and pricing team

Your profile:

- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
