Customer Service Specialist:

-Help our future customers to have a trouble-free flight and a perfect after-flight care?

-Provide them service such as tickets booking, providing them technical support?

-Communicate with them via phone and e-mail?

-Use your English skills at work every day?

Do these points describe you?

-British English C2, advanced level of written and spoken of French or German is an advantage

-Customer oriented attitude

-Empathy, professionalism, adaptability, flexibility

-Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus

-Previous customer service experience is a plus

How do we proceed once we receive your application?

Once we receive your CV, we will send you by e-mail a personal questionnaire. Then, we will contact you again in order to have a first round interview with one of our HR colleagues. If the first round interview is successful, we will invite you to the final interview with one of our managers. In case everything goes well, we are ready to welcome you among us.
