We are looking for a pleasant Customer Support Representative to ensure that resolutions are brought to the customer and work with other internal departments to find a better solution.

Responsibilities:


  • Deal with complaints and requests from customers
  • Answer all incoming calls and mailbox management
  • Coordinate order related problem resolution
  • Cooperate with other company’s departments

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Fluent English and Turkish language
  • Preferably previous experience in Customer Care
  • Experienced in a similar field in multicultural environment
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
