Main goal of the position: 

  • Working as a member of CURIUM’s Global Demand and Master Data Management team, the successful candidate will be the driving force in building and maintaining product, customer and vendor information in support of our portfolio of products for EMEA. This includes data required to support demand planning, financial reporting and analysis. 
  • The Data Analyst will identify, gather and enter product information from various sources including manufacturing operations, regulatory affairs, product quality and various regulatory agencies, finance and commercial. He/she will work in projects with tools and system implementation and will contribution to master data management process, rules and tools continuous improvement.
  • He/she will also support some demand planning activities such as statistical forecasting, forecast analysis, and KPI’s review.
  • Strong cross functional and digital skills including using Excel, data visualization tools, SQL and other programs or databases will be essential to this role. As well as good communication and collaboration skills.


This is what you will mainly be doing in this role:

  • Assist with activities to identify and document product requirements relevant to certification, configuration and data management.
  • Assist with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.
  • Support the monitoring of adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; assist with audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.
  • Ensure availability of high quality of data and conduct auditing.
  • Support forecast performance analysis and demand planning reporting.
  • Conduct KPI review, data maintenance and accuracy check.
  • Interact with demand planning & MDM users worldwide.
  • Work under general supervision and in several projects.


What you need for this position:

  • You are open to work 20 hours a week (ideally 4 hours a day)
  • Working experience on master data management and working in projects
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills; strong IT/systems use, with good Excel skills
  • Strong communicator at all levels. Interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all areas and levels of the business, and master data stakeholder’s.
  • Be looking to continuously improve, problem solving skills, demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, integrity, curiosity
  • Experience working with any of the following: Oracle Enterprise 1 ERP; Salesforce, SAP or other ERP, Dynasys, Anaplan systems.
  • Experience in health care industry will be considered as a plus.
  • Experience in supply chain/forecasting/customer service/finance will be considered as a plus.
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in economics or supply chain; and typically 3-5 or more years of related experience.
  • Fluent in English, and desirable but not essential language skill French
