For our client, a significant international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for suitable candidates for a role Customer Service Representative with English.

Your new role
Main goal at this position is customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for customer order management. It includes processing all orders and customer requests accurately and on time. You will follow up the order placement till its expedition, issue credit or debit notes. Besides, you will work with customer information system and put all necessary information into the database. As a part of a team you should also cooperate with others and provide support to other colleagues in the team.

What you'll need to succeed
Suitable candidate should have preferably university degree, at least 1 year of previous experience in a customer service, preferably in bigger international company. Great knowledge of excel (pivot tables, v-look-up) is needed. Fluency in English is a must.
