Main goal of the position: 

The Customer Service Representative takes care of our customers, playing an essential role in making sure our customers get the important and life-saving products they need. As part of our Customer Service team, you will manage the order to invoice process and ensure that the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner.


This position reports to the Customer Service Manager, based in Prague.


This position will be interesting for you if:

  • You want a busy administrative customer service role, with primarily email communication and little use of the phone (this is not a call-centre environment).
  • You are searching for a varied customer service position involving different tasks such as order entry, credit notes, rebills and cooperation with different company departments.
  • You are attracted by a growing and international office environment, being part of a small and diverse team of Customer Service Representatives.
  • You want to take part in ensuring that patients around the globe get the radiopharmaceutical solutions they need for diagnosis and treatment.


What you will be doing in this role: 

  • Process orders (order to invoice) in an accurate and timely manner
  • Respond to requests and queries
  • Maintain knowledge of and work to current SOP and work-instructions
  • Participate in internal projects when identified
  • Maintain a good knowledge of customers and company products
  • Ensure that all Service Level Agreements and KPIs are met per given job task
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams i.e. Finance, Supply Chain


This position will be a good fit if you:

  • At least 1 to 3 years in a customer service environment
  • Experience with order management using ERP systems is needed. Having worked specifically with JD Edwards is an advantage.
  • Advanced level of written and oral communication in English
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Detail-orientation, strong sense of time management, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to cover extra working hours occasionally
  • French language and medical/pharmaceutical experience are an advantage
