Hot Customer Service & Sales Support Manager

Our client is searching for a smart, communicative and friendly Customer Service & Sales Support Manager to join their team in Prague 8.

You will manage our client's email based customer support service from end to end and provide support to their busy sales team, identifying new customers and creating opportunities for the sales team. Previous experience is ideal, but not necessary, but you need to be outgoing, friendly and have great attention to detail. You also need to like talking to people and working in a structured environment (or better yet - building such an environment). You must be able to speak Czech & English fluently.

Oh, and you have to be a really nice person! 😁😺

What will you do?

• You will speak fluent Czech and English (sorry, we can't accept only English speakers).
• Managing incoming emails from customers and helping them with success with your friendly and informative customer centric approach.
• Managing email templates (and designing new ones) to make it easier to solve our clients issues with clear and easy to use instructions.
• You will suggest new processes & ideas on how to improve the customer experience and support of customers.
• Work in our sales department and find new leads, contact new companies to offer a range of digital products.
