JetBrains, a leading technology company, is currently looking for a Customer Sales Support to become a part of our Account Management & Customer Support team. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Handling email requests from assigned customer group by providing information about pricing and software licensing
  • Processing online price requests, providing quotations to customers
  • Taking customer telephone calls and providing a call back upon request CRM customer data maintenance
  • Distributing incoming emails among assigned sales-, marketing- and technical support teams
  • Coping with increased workload after mass mail, promotions and new product releases
  • Taking active parts in teamwork and problem solving

We’ll be happy to see you as a part of the team if you have: 

  • Perfect English, native speaker / Polish language is a plus
  • Pleasant communication with customers via email and phone
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Experience in creating marketing activities is a plus
