Our Client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of innovative commercial and residential ceiling, wall and suspension system solutions. At home, at work, in healthcare facilities, classrooms, stores, or restaurants, our client offers interior solutions that help to enhance comfort, save time, improve building efficiency and overall performance, and create beautiful spaces. As an integral part of the team, you will be efficiently managing customer orders, inquiries, billing and transportation claims for their German market. You will be providing best level of customer service whilst maximizing sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process orders: order entries and confirmations, follow up’s, shipment creations and transport bookings.
  • Handle customer inquiries: providing lead times, order status’ and product availability.
  • Verifying pricing.
  • Handle claims: shortages, damages, pricing adjustments, credit & debit returns.
  • Provide sales support and provide best level of customer service possible, to meet targets.
  • Liaise with external and internal vendors, (3rd party orders/triangulation orders).
  • Help to promote the launch of new products.

Your Profile

  • You are a native (or near-native) German speaker.
  • You have strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • You have relevant experience in customer service support, order management, and/or data entry.
  • You are detail orientated with strong analytical skills.
  • You are excellent at problem-solving.
  • You have the ability to both work effectively in a team and independently.
  • You are proactive with a positive attitude and work ethic.
  • You are a team player who enjoys the company of awesome colleagues.
