Customer Care Agent with English

Do you speak fluent English and would you like to start your career in technology? Work as a Technical Customer Care Agent!

An international company with modern offices in Brno is looking for new team members of Customer Care department for US market. 

Your usual day at work will include:

• providing technical customer support in English
• helping and educating customers
• answering enquiries
• troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• answering questions regarding billing
• cooperating with other departments
• no sales activities are included

Who we are looking for:

Communicative, patient and customer-oriented individual with enthusiasm for technology and problems solving, able to maintain fluent conversation in English with native speakers.

Full training is provided. Previous experiences are not required, but welcomed.
