For one of the social media leading companies

THIS WILL BE YOUR FUTURE TEAM:
You will have a unique opportunity to join our new Accenture team which will
provide consultative support to small and medium-sized companies (SMB). You will
help them grow their business by improving their level of advertising experience
in social media. Your team will be full of interesting and open-minded people
with diverse backgrounds and experience. The service itself is delivered in
English, German, French, Italian and Spanish while the communication language of
our company is English.

THIS WILL BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE:
The primary purpose of your role is to resolve issues, provide product and tool
advice and thus improve customers’ satisfaction. You will be contacted by
customers (advertisers and agencies) who will request post-sales support
regarding particular advertising products, customer service and/or
troubleshooting support. This will include the following:

* You will be in daily contact with client’s advertisers and agencies via
phone, email and chat
* You will learn to identify issues and provide the correct personalized
solutions
* You will also provide pre and post-sales education for all self-service
products
* Your analytical skills and self-reliance will be fully utilized when
identifying trends and solving problems facing multiple customers.
* Finally, you will provide product insights and feedback from customers to our
client’s solution developers
* At the same time you will have regular opportunities to develop your skills
using the wealth of Accenture learning resources as well as training specialists
and experienced team leads

THIS IS WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE:

* Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature,
passion for customers
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English
* Good experience as a PC user, ability to process data and work with online
tools as well as enthusiasm for social media
* Efficiency in gathering data from different sources
* You enjoy getting to the core of issues and you do not leave any detail out
