Our client is an investment bank which provides large corporate, government and institutional clients with a full spectrum of solutions to their strategic advisory, financing and risk management needs.

Currently looking for a CRT Business Analyst for Prague office, to make their team stronger.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a CRT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT business analysis for one or more of the CRT Agile Development teams delivering strategic projects and operational improvements for the CRT Business. Your Key accountabilities will be to:

  • Working with the business to determine and document clear and concise business/functional requirements through meetings/workshops.
  • Liaise with the relevant design authorities and IT teams firm-wide to ensure that all new components fit within guiding principles.
  • Follow good processes and practices, as defined by the team standards; ensuring that documentation is complete, comprehensive and signed off.
  • Participate in the testing cycle and own the resolution of defects pertaining to requirement and design clarifications.
  • Raise key issues and risks in a timely manner to the Project Manager/Delivery Lead. Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Develop and deliver user procedures and training.
  • Adopt and evolve the agile approach to software delivery.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Scientific discipline from a top university.
  • Strong analytical skills, Methodical approach with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly and make informed decisions.
  • Experience of using SQL for data extraction, Excel for data analysis
  • Financial mathematics, risk management, and derivatives knowledge.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Counterparty Risk (XVA) trading, pricing, and risk management or similar (e.g. Credit or Market Risk).
  • Practical experience of project delivery
  • Experience of working in an Investment Bank
