Credit Management Senior Specialist with German

The challenge: 

Working closely with the other team members in the Credit management team to coordinate the distribution of the daily tasks and priorities, follow-up and support the team members on the resolution and critical issue of overdue, partner management. Conduct the training and mentor on the new ways and SOPs.

What will you be doing: 

  • Collections of account receivables for key account customers and accounts with significant commercial importance or sophisticated accounting; 
  • Customer account maintenance, clean-up and clearing including deductions reconciliation and work on unallocated cash items; 
  • Regular review of customer payment behaviour, credit risk assessment and credit limit calculation; 
  • Handle order release, including approval within threshold defined by Credit Policy and credit management procedures; 
  • Prepare and be responsible for the regular collections routine meetings with Sales teams; 

What you'll bring: 

  • Proficient written and spoken knowledge of English and German; 
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field or related experience is an advantage; 
  • Minimum 1-year prior related position experience required in Finance; 
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills; 
  • Insightful and hardworking; 
  • Positive demeanor and a standout colleague.
