Credit Management Expert - Polish Speaking

The challenge: 

Being the owner of the elaborate process and technology knowledge and it's retention in the credit and collections team for the country, as well as responsible for credit-collections activities of the full Nordics portfolios. 

Being accountable for providing technical expertise support and training to the collections team members, lead & drive the implementation of new processes and improving the existing processes, supporting cross-team and cross-country collections process standardization and acting as a project management SPOC for Global and EUR Zone project initiatives, mainly passionate about the Nordics scope. 

What will you be doing: 

  • Debt portfolio monitoring and credit management 
  • Collections of account receivables for key account customers and accounts with significant commercial importance or sophisticated accounting 
  • Customer account maintenance, clean-up and clearing including deductions reconciliation and work on unallocated cash items 
  • Regular review of customer payment behaviour, credit risk assessment and credit limit calculation 
  • Operational improvement and process expertise support 

What you'll bring: 

  • Proficient written and spoken knowledge of English and Polish, knowing German is a big advantage 
  • 3 years prior related position experience required in Finance and / or Commercial, Sales 
  • Understanding of Credit management, Risk Analysis, Control and Customer relationships management 
  • Experience in partner management with commercial function and customers 
  • High level of service mentality 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
