About the role
You will be a great fit if you are a creative thinker who loves to tell a good story. You love using words, breaking big concepts down into digestible chunks, and coming up with original content. Your content (in any shape or form) caters to a diverse audience, from CEOs and hiring managers, to employees who are totally bought in - or - on the fence.
You'll be at the core of our team, working closely with the CEO and Head of behavioural science, as well as the design team. We are a fully remote team - your day will be a mix of Zoom standups, focused thinking time, and shared collaboration using online tools.

What will help you do the job well
Essential:
- You are passionate about improving diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- You grasp big concepts and you're able to break them down into digestible pieces
- You are proficient at writing texts in a professional context
- You are an effective communicator - you're concise, clear, positive
- You are proficient at proofreading and editing others' texts both for grammar and style (we don't have native speakers on the team yet, so your help will be wonderful!)
- You understand the diversity of your audience(s), encourage everyone to feel part of the journey
Nice to have:
- Experience launching community initiatives (ex. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series or writing an email newsletter)
- You have experience or passion for creative ways to bring content to life

What you'll do at Fair HQ
SHORT term - build foundations
- Help shape our tone of voice as Fair HQ, aligned with our company values
- Work closely with Bibi, our Head of Behavioural Science on creating our content strategy and knowledge hub
- Manage content distribution across blog, website, and app
- Turn scientific interventions into useful & engaging recommendations by producing accessible materials: checklists, implementation guides, examples
- Bring light to the topic of D&I by finding creative ways to bring educational content to our customers, their employees, and future clients
- Dream up the content (written, video, image, etc.) , and the design team will help with the execution
- Edit, proofread and improve existing and new content written by members of the team
- Help us communicate well throughout the team
- Learn a lot, make an impact, have fun
MID-LONG term - accelerate our impact
- Turn Fair HQ into a one-stop shop for everything D&I. You constantly ask yourself: how can we educate people, and take them with us on the journey?
- Build a strategic plan for Fair HQ's content calendar, with the goal to be an internationally recognised source of high-quality content and guidance
- Start developing our D&I lexicon and guides for inclusive communication
- Contribute to building a D&I community
