We are looking for a pleasant Customer Care Expert who will be directly responsible for interacting with customers at all levels in the organization in a meaningful and professional manner using different channels.

  • Interact with customers via different channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customers' requests using CRM tools
  • Act as brand ambassador and front office contact with consumers
  • Cooperate with other company’s departments




  • Fluent English and Dutch languages
  • Preferably previous experience in Consumer Care or Marketing
  • Technical skills: MS Office, CRM, Salesforce would be a plus
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
