Conference Producer

Prospero Events Group produces and organizes business conferences for the Energy industry in Europe.

Currently, we run annually more than 50 high-level Energy themed conferences in major European cities (Amsterdam, Berlin, Frankfurt, Barcelona, etc) and virtually all organized from our headquarters located in Prague, Czechia with full-time 15 employees. Who is the Conference Producer in our team? Conference Producer is a member of the Production team and reports directly to the Conference Production & Content Manager. The mission of the Conference Producer is to assure the delivery of high-quality events within a given deadline. The main challenge is to select commercially successful topics in the Energy industry.


Your key responsibilities will be:

· Produce up to 12 virtual or physical conferences annually.

· Create a conference agenda with researched topics.

· Research market for topics in the Energy sector to produce commercially successful events.

· Search and communicate with high profile speakers via phone and email to invite to speak at our events.

· Prepare product briefs and present to sales and marketing teams. Keeping sales and marketing updated with product knowledge and changes.

· Assuring that our events are produced at a high-quality level and on time.

· Selecting attractive topics based on regular research and feasibility analyses.

· Assisting other producers in their production process based on urgency and importance of the production schedule stage.

· Travel to the physical event or attend a virtual event to assist in running events and gather market intelligence useful in product development.

We need you to (minimum requirements):

· Be fluent in written and spoken English.

· Have a basic understanding of computer programs (Word, Excel) & working on the internet.

· Be a citizen or resident; or have the required work permits to legally work in Czechia.

· Have a Bachelor's or Master’s accomplished university degree.

  • Above industry average remuneration: Fixed salary + motivational bonuses based on your performance and achievements. Overall average monthly salary may vary from 35’000 to 70’000 CZK depending on performance and achievements. Initial fixed basic gross salary offer may vary depending on the job applicant’s relevant experience, skills, qualifications, career achievements, core competencies, education, etc.
