For an international company that has its SSC based in Prague, we are seeking for Collections Specialist with French and English.

Your new role 

The main responsibilities include communication with customers regarding payment issues, overdue invoices and other related financial issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for professional communication towards the French speaking market.. The main agenda can include additional administration, reporting and cooperation with other team members. 

What you'll need to succeed 

We are seeking for a person with at least 1 year of experience in Collections / AR Accounting or similar role. The successful candidate should be fluent in French and have at least communicative knowledge of English. Any previous experience from SSC environment can be advantage.
