What will you do?
- Maintain and develop an in‐depth understanding of Mitel’s capabilities, processes and policies
- Provide remote Technical Support for all of Mitel’s Cloud solutions
- Work with the Cloud Hosted solution that offers Telephony, Contact Center and Collaboration tools
- Support EMEA based customers and provide follow-the-sun coverage for our global customer base
- Work with internal peers around the world including India, Philippines, EU and the USA
- Participate in Monday – Friday coverage 8:00 – 20:00
- Serve as the owner for questions and problems submitted by the customers via Tickets, IM or Phone
- Escalate incidents to other support teams, 3rd party or management
- Ensure all communication and configuration changes are properly documented in the tickets
- Participate in the training of new team members
- Maintain internal and external knowledge base
- Provide guidance to the Customer Care teams
What do you need?
- Need to be fluent in English AND either French OR German language to provide professional services to Mitel customers
- Having passion for technologies
- Speak German or French language
