Job description:

- leading your own team with cca 10 people in Prague and also abroad

- help with improvement of internal processes and systems

- create relationship with customers and participate on order and complaints handling and other daily tasks

- build relationship with colleagues from other departments, cooperate and support each other

- assure fulfilment of terms and conditions of internal sales and local legal requirements

- participate on solving any kind of problem than can come during the set up of processes or systems

- take care of your team, hold regular team and 121 meetings, create good atmosphere, help them and support them

- be there also for your clients, give them feedback, support them and help them solve any problem


- experience from leader role in customer service

- know-how in SSC processes

- fluent Swedish/ Norwegian/ Danish and English

- ability to solve problems not just in processes or with orders but also within the team

- preferably experience in pharmaceutical company or medical sector

- experience with SAP will be a big advantage

- ability to learn new things and to set up internal processes
